Arts Access Aotearoa seeks Executive Director

Arts Access Aotearoa is seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership in all aspects of Arts Access Aotearoa’s programmes throughout New Zealand.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:

•    an empathy for disabled people, mental health consumers, prisoners, young people, senior citizens, refugees and new migrants
•    experience in staff management
•    experience in relationship management
•    experience in working with the community and professional arts sectors
•    sound knowledge of the New Zealand arts sector
•    skills in developing and implementing strategy
•    experience in financial management, fundraising, budgeting and report writing
•    experience in liaising and working with central and local government
